During our normal season, you can expect about a 4 week turnaround on custom silhouette pieces. We've broken down what a typical turnaround looks like from start to finish below, to best help you understand how your piece moves through our process.

Order Received
Proof Sent within the week.
Allow more time during our busy season (Mother's Day, Christmas in July, and the Holidays)
Approved!
Once you've approved your piece, it will go to production. We always send the week's pieces to production on Fridays. For example if you order on a Monday, receive and approve the proof on Tuesday, it will go to production on Friday.
In Production
Once your pieces are sent to production, it takes approximately 7-10 business days for them to be produced.
Produced Pieces Received
We've gotten all the pieces back from production, we organize which ones require engraving and complete that part of the process next. This takes 1-2 days depending on volume.
Finishing Process and Assembly
Your pieces are now ready for us to begin the finishing processes of sanding, tumbling, cleaning, and assembling everything to the specifications of your order.
Packaged and Shipped
After we've assembled everything, we package it into your very own VCS jewelry box or velvet pouch (depending on product) and put everything together for shipping. We ship on Thursday and Friday. Depending on location and level of shipping purchased will determine how quickly you will receive your piece once it has been dispatched from our studio.
As always, we love to help with surprises and gifts and if you have specific deadlines please reach out to let us know and we'll discuss what options you have! We offer both Expedited Service and Expedited Shipping (purchased at checkout) for orders with the fastest turnaround. *Please note there may be additional turnaround time for pieces requiring extra care, such as:
- Engraving
- Curing of enamel
- Stone setting
- Ordering additional parts not kept in house
- Repair or Add-A-Charm orders waiting on piece to return
