Company Policy Update as of 1/3/2022

Custom Products (any product created or re-created with Custom Silhouette, Engravings, Medallions, Custom Orders ) placed outside of a sale or promotion

The flat fee for an Order Change is $25. Changes to an order without accruing the fee can be made from the time of purchase up through 72hrs/3 days after date of purchase. After which your order is considered “in progress”. Once your proof has been received, requests for changes beyond minor design adjustments or a request/recommendation for re-draw, will be subject to the fee. Most commonly includes but not limited to; changing to a different product or adding customized additions. No matter the product, once an order is sent to production no changes are allowed. Vana Chupp Studio reserves the right to review policies on a case by case scenario.

Custom Selections ( Birthstones/ Rings/Bracelets/Chains) placed outside of a sale or promotion

The flat fee for an Order Change is $25. Changes to an order without incurring a fee can be made from the time of purchase and up to 72hrs/3days after purchase date. Changes or updates may include but not limited to; up/down grade in metal color, size/length, weight of chain, custom re-adaptations and stone selection. No matter the product, once an order is sent to production no changes are allowed. Vana Chupp Studio reserves the right to review policies on a case by case scenario.

Orders placed during a sale or promotion.

You have 72 hours/3 days to make changes and have the sale price honored. After that your order is considered “in progress” and subject to the flat $25 Change Order fee for any product changes or product adjustments. Although we may be able to accommodate changes before your order goes to production, the change fee is added to any upgrades or adjustments at standard retail price. No matter the product, once an order is sent to production no changes are allowed.
